Safe Haven

Why did I watch this movie just now???

Safe Haven, talking of the book aside, is one of the best movies I have ever seen. Contrary to the most reviews I have read about this, I find it not as predictable as other melodramatic films released in the past years. For me, it has a great plot with a little bit of suspense. The twists are not as expected as I thought it would be. I could have underestimated it in that part.

What made the movie even better is how Katie, portrayed by Julianne Hough, suits the actress and I hope gives justice to the character in the novel (once I read it). Not to mention Julianne’s chemistry shared with Josh Duhamel who played as Alex Wheatley and the latter’s quite good-looking visage.

It’s yet another title in my must-watch list for people. Thanks, Josh! I mean, Nicholas Sparks!
